QUIICK-CAP Rapid Capillary Pressure Determination

Green Imaging Technologiesí QUICK-CAP software module determines the complete capillary pressure curve using one equilibrium centrifuge speed. QUICK-CAP runs under the GIT Systems software platform and performs the MRI saturation determination automatically plotting capillary pressure versus water saturation.

QUICK-CAP uses modeling to determine the full capillary pressure curve from the data acquired from a single GIT-CAP centrifuge speed.

The results are not overly dependent on the speed selection. The graph on the right shows the results of two speeds compared to the traditionally acquired capillary pressure curve.

The table on the left shows the difference (in saturation units) from the QUICK-CAP results and the traditional centrifuge measured capillary pressure curve. There results are within a few saturation units at the high capillary pressures.
