Jill E. Green, P.Eng., Chief Executive Officer

Jill currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Green Imaging Technologies, Inc. (GIT). As a systems integrator of sophisticated industrial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) products and processes, GIT has concentrated on retaining a balance of MRI, software and business competencies. GIT is focusing its first powerful MRI solution on the oil and gas sector by using MRI to analyze rock core plug samples taken from petroleum exploration wells.

Jill Green graduated from UNB with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. For over 10 years, she worked in both the public and private sectors managing major projects, major clients and ultimately businesses. She managed a Department responsible for 23 communities, was a partner in a mid-sized engineering firm and owned her own consulting business.

Her strengths include business management, finances and marketing. Jill has Chaired and Vice-Chaired committees for a large multinational volunteer organization and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of an international modified wood corporation.


Derrick P. Green, PhD, PE, President and Chief Technology Officer

Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science and a Ph.D both in Electrical Engineering. Over the last 5+ years, he has worked in Cleveland, Ohio for a major medical MRI manufacturer (Philips Medical Systems).

His strengths included research and product development. Derrick has led many major development projects for Philips and is a member of many industry organizations, such as the Society of Petroleum Engineers, registered professional engineer in Ohio, Society of Core Analysis, and IEEE.

Joshua R. Dick, MCS, Senior Software Developer

Josh holds a Masters in Computer Science. Over the last 5 years, he has worked for several firms developing software on various platforms and ensuring quality implementation.

His strengths include computer hardware design, software quality control and practical development experience.








Jennifer Petryshen, BSc (Hons) Geology, RTNM, RTMR, Business Development Manager

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology (Honours) from Dalhousie University and is a registered medical radiation technologist. She has an Advanced Specialty Certificate in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and a diploma in Nuclear Medicine Technology.

Jennifer has worked as both a petroleum geologist and an operations geologist for a major multinational oil company in Calgary, Alberta and Halifax, Nova Scotia.

With strengths that include a technical background in both geoscience and MRI, Jennifer’s responsibility at GIT is to utilize her unique skill set to assist clients in achieving maximum value from our SCAL suite of products and services. Through extensive consultation with industry stakeholders, she will ensure that GIT products and services continue to exceed expectations.
