Mr. Irving Schwartz, Chairman of the Board,

Mr. Irving Schwartz is founder and CEO of Schwartz and Company Limited, a successful furniture and retail business based in Sydney. Mr. Schwartz was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Green Imaging Technologies, Inc. in 2007.

Described as the quintessential entrepreneur, Schwartz's business instincts and willingness to take risks have resulted in an impressive record of personal and corporate success. Irving Schwartz has led more than 30 companies during his career.

He opened his first nursing home in Sydney and amalgamated with a Calgary company to form VillaCentres Limited. Together they built nine nursing homes across the country. Schwartz helped develop an oyster farm at the Eskasoni Reserve and a trout farm for the Cape Breton Development Corporation. In 1979, Irving Schwartz formed Seaside Cable TV Ltd. which was renamed to Seaside Communications.

A committed philanthropist and known for his honesty and concern for the well-being of others, he is a Director of the National Theatre School of Canada, advisory board member of the Dalhousie School of Business, and Chairman of the Cape Breton Chapter of the Hebrew University. Irving founded the Canadian International Demining Corps (CIDC), a charitable, non-government organization supportive of an international ban on the production, stockpiling and deployment of anti-personnel landmines.

Today, Irving continues to preside over a diverse group of Cape Breton companies and investments. Irving is a Member of the Order of Canada and a Commissioner of the National Capital Commission (1998). He was Inducted into the Nova Scotia Business Hall of Fame on June 11, 2003.

Jill E. Green, P.Eng., Chief Executive Officer
Green Imaging Technologies, Inc.

Jill currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Green Imaging Technologies, Inc. (GIT). As a systems integrator of sophisticated industrial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) products and processes, GIT has concentrated on retaining a balance of MRI, software and business competencies. GIT is focusing its first powerful MRI solution on the oil and gas sector by using MRI to analyze rock core plug samples taken from petroleum exploration wells.

Jill Green graduated from UNB with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. For over 10 years, she worked in both the public and private sectors managing major projects, major clients and ultimately businesses. She managed a Department responsible for 23 communities, was a partner in a mid-sized engineering firm and owned her own consulting business.

Her strengths include business management, finances and marketing. Jill has Chaired and Vice-Chaired committees for a large multinational volunteer organization and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of an international modified wood corporation.

Darcy W. Spady, P.Eng.,

Based in Calgary, Darcy Spady is President and C.E.O. of Contact Exploration, Inc. Mr. Spady provides overall direction for Contact Exploration as it migrates from an exploration organization to a more balanced corporate platform of exploration, production from core assets, and growth into new opportunities.

Prior to June 2007, Mr. Spady was the President of the Landar Consulting Corporation. As President, Mr. Spady consulted to a variety of oil and gas exploration companies. Prior to his move to the Landar, Mr. Spady acted as Chief Operating Officer at PetroGlobe Inc, a publicly traded Exploration & Production company with operations in Central Alberta, Canada and the Palo Duro basin of West Texas. Mr. Spady was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Green Imaging Technologies, Inc. in 2007.

Until November 2005, he was Director of Production Optimization and Vice President of Canadian Operations for Columbia Natural Resources, LLC. (CNR) based in Charleston, West Virginia. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of Columbia's Canadian subsidiary based in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Before joining CNR in 2000, Mr. Spady worked as Sales Manager for Schlumberger Oilfield Services in the Eastern United States, and was a District Manager for Dowell Schlumberger. Prior to this he has held various Engineering and Management positions in Dowell, based in Calgary and Red Deer, Alberta, and for Schlumberger Wireline in Edmonton, Alberta.

Mr. Spady has a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta in Edmonton and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Provinces of Alberta and New Brunswick, Canada.

Derrick Green, PhD, PE,
President and Chief Technical Officer
Green Imaging Technologies, Inc.

Derrick Green is one of the founders of Green Imaging Technologies, Inc. and currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer and President of the company. Mr. Green has served on the Board since 2005. His technical knowledge serves as the backbone of new products being developed by GIT.
